The Cottage is located in Harrisonville, MO. It sits in the company of the old downtown proximity. I enjoyed painting the 10:00 morning lighting and corresponding shadows. I made the trees fitting for a fall time of year. I wanted the teal tints and tones to provide for a close complement against those fall hues. Also, notice the light violet sky against the pale-yellow leaves. It is a loose impressionist presentation.
